Hi, and thanks for using JustAnswer.com.

Do you have Office/Power Point 2003, 2007, 2010, etc?

Does the laptop have windows xp, vista, or 7?

Can you open any other file or program on the projector?

Does the laptop/powerpoint/file/program/etc work with an external desktop monitor?

Thank you.

Hi, and thanks for using JustAnswer.com.

When the projector is connected to the laptop, please press at the same time the two keys Fn and the monitor icon key, which is located at one of the keys from F1, F2, F3, ..., F12, to switch the display. Also, if needed, press at the same time the two keys Windows and letter P and select the Duplicate display option.

Please let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you.
