You have 2 choices you can tell me What version of Excel you have

 

2003/2007/2010 Etc and i can give you the Instructions

Please do this

 

 

Open Excel > click the Round office button Top Left

 

Then Excel Options >Save >Save and Recover information every 10mins

 

Click ok , Your all done let me know any problems James

then excel option > Save > save and recover etc,. etc,. X WHY ?

you put the Time you wish Excel to save so every 10 -15 mins , if you have an Issue i can do this for you
