Hello and thank you for using Just Answer.

If you can upload a .MDB version I will take a look at it and see what I can do, Here are instructions again if you need.
  1. On the File tab, click Save & Publish.
  2. Under Save Database As, do one of the following:
    • To save a copy of the database in a format that can be opened by using Access 2002 or later, click Access 2002 - 2003 Database (*.mdb).
    • To save a copy of the database in a format that can be opened by using Access 2000 or later, click Access 2000 Database (*.mdb).
  3. Click Save As.
