Can you open Outlook in Safemode and let me know if it Works

 

Click Start > type Outlook /Safe in the search box there is a space dose Outlook Work ok ?>

i typed outlook/safe in the search box, but no mail came thru. she only rec'd 1 email yesterday & she usually get 10-20 a day.

When you click Send and Receive in Outlook are there any Errors , have you checked your email using Webmail to see if any email has not be downloaded

No I have not ready to accept everything as completed. My issue has still not been resolved. I wait for an answer & wait and wait and wait. By the time you want me to agree everything is alright, I'm NOT at my computer anymore. When I reply to to it takes a long time for you to reply. So NO my problem has not been fixed.

I tried to come in and help after he opted out. I asked one question and I never did get an answer, it was really a yes or no question at that.
Then I get a response 1 1/2 days later that fails to answer the one question I asked, yes or no, instead the response is to tell me the problem isn't fixed.
Maybe I should opt out as well well if it's going to be like this....
