we purchase office 2010 form a retailer and should be already downloaded. I am now getting a message that say that the trial is over. I have put in our product code and it goes through configuration progress then dissapears. I can't reply to any emails in outlook anymore. Please help!

Did you uninstall all microsoft office program(s) previously before installing the office 2010 program you've purchased?

What type of office 2010 did you purchase, i.e. HOme & Student, Home & Business, Professional, or Ultimate, etc?

word , excel seem to be fine


we did not install but HH Gregg did.


We have home/student version.
