Hello, will it close normally just not open properly? Is there any signs of an obstruction in the door opening or track the door slides on at the outer body?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Only closed manually. Does not close electricallyno, I've cleaned everything
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Just moving to the open side, Does not move to the closed side
Expert:  HDGENE replied 11 months ago.

Most common issue is the contact switch on the frame where the door opens. Otherwise a diagnostic test of the door module would need to be done to see what codes are stored. If there is no obstruction blocking the door or the optical sensor then a scan of the system would be required

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
where is the contact switch?
how I can test door module?
where is the optical sensor?
Expert:  HDGENE replied 11 months ago.

The contact switch is on the door opening towards the front door, it contacts the metal plate on the door on the bottom area. The optical sensor is inside the body panel track area, it senses an obstruction and stops the door opening or closing. On the inside of the vehicle. To test the module you would need a dealer style scan tool.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
i used obd tool i didn't find any code
Expert:  HDGENE replied 11 months ago.

Most scan tools will only check for codes on the engine control computer. will that scan tool communicate with the 2 rear power sliding door modules?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No I do not think
can you give me some pic for scan tool that well communicate with sliding door
Because the dealer is far from my city
Expert:  HDGENE replied 11 months ago.

Dealer scan tool would be the only way to go to get this diagnosed properly. Too many variables in aftermarket scan tools and the type you need would be very expensive

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
my brother Disconnect the battery then it's work fine for 2 days
then when i make same steps it didn't work
please if have any way to fix it tell me
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
i want another Mechanic
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
B2594 - NO MOVEMENT DETECTED AFTER AN UNLATCH DURING POWER OPEN
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
what is that mean?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
HDGENE where are you?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Do you still need help?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I want help
I don't know what I need to replace
And what is that code mean
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.

What needs to be replaced depends on what has failed which will be revealed through diagnostics.

The code sets when there is no movement of the door under power after the latch has released.

Do you still have an actual scan tool present?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no
but tell me what do you want to do?
when i press (open door) in the scan tool door doesn't move
and in the scan tool write (open failure)
is there any sensor should be read movement?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.

If you don't have a scan tool present you won't be able to diagnose the problem and would have to resort to replacing parts in hopes that will fix it.

It appears that the module isn't seeing movement of the door due to a failure in the drive motor.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Today I will go to the mechanic to scan again
Tell me what you want me to do?
about drive motor
The door is moving a little bit then stop
like this video ( this is my car):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAUKrtGhrkk
do you think the drive motor needs to be replaced
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.

I did watch the video and it appears the module is stopping operation because it isn't seeing a signal from the motor that the door is moving.

If you're going to see a mechanic you'd just need to ask them to diagnose the issue with the door. They would most likely charge .5 to 1 hour of labor to do so.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Just moving to the open side, Doesn't move to the close side (like video)
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.

I did watch the video and it appears the module is stopping operation because it doesn't see that the door is moving.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
do you mean drive motor send a signal to module? is not it?
The door does not move because he did not receive the signal from the drive motor
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.
The door is moving and stopping. If it's stopping each time it tries to move and sets this code that points to the module not knowing that the door is moving.
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
ok i will be replace drive motor
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.
I hope that takes care of it!
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
there was sensor, Are you still sure to replace the drive motor?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.

The sensor in question is in the motor.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Do you want me to just replace the sensor
or replace the sensor with motor
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.

The sensor in question is internal in the motor. It can't be replaced without the motor.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Ok
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 11 months ago.

I hope that takes care of it!
