2000 Grand Marquis not getting gasoline to injectors. Suspect water or something in the tank. Where do I start troubleshooting and how. Fueses - where are associated fuses?
Fuel Filter - where is it and how do I change it.

Hello and thank you fro your question,

Are you hearing the fuel pump cycle on when you turn the key on?

Can you take your 12 volt test light and or a volt meter and check for key on engine cranking power in and out of the inertia switch and let me know what you find?
