It feels like I ran over something when I back up. Sounds like wind and clicking sound. Maybe some rubbing sound.

Ok it could be an issue with one of the rear halfshafts. If one of the boots are torn it will allow the grease to dry out of one of the rear cv joints and would make a clicking noise and bang as you are describing or an issue with one of the rear wheel bearings.Either repair is basically in the same area. Cost will vary on what you need done. Few hundred bucks and up depending on what has failed.
