These are the fuses you must test for voltage using either a voltmeter or a 12 volt test light an check both sides of the fuse.
The radio is the fuse #3 in the battery junction block under the hood and should be hot all the time. The fuse #11 in the central junction block and should be hot with the key on run.
The power doors locks is actually a circuit breaker, #7 under the hood in the battery junction box, just replace it.
The power seats is the same circuit breaker as the power door locks.
The blower is fuse #18 in the central junction box and should be hot with the key on run.
I see that circuit breaker also works the seat and door locks
Also, the blower fuse is fed from the ignition switch which in turn is fed from fuse #9 in the battery junction box, under the hood.
Replace that circuit breaker.
