Your still getting code 1041 even with hose clamped?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No once I replaced the pressure regulator and disconnected the battery the code clears but one side kept blowing off so I clamped it and it blew the hose apart and melted the pressure regulator

This usually means the catalytic converter is clogged, I'm surprised it runs fine at high rpm. Remove the front oxygen sensor and install pressure gauge. Pressure should not go over a few psi while reving engine, if so replace the catalytic converter. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions, thanks.
