My name isCustomerXXXXX I can assist you with your question. The Power Steering Actuator is controlled/powered up by the Variable assist power steering module. This module could be bad or it could be missing an input preventing it from working. Start by checking power to the steering module on pin 7 pink/orange wire with the key on and engine running. The grounds are pins 6 and 8 black wire and gray/red wire. Also, be sure that the power steering sensor is working as well.

I am glad I could help!

I need to know where is the steering module located in the vehicle. Thank you.

It's hard to tell according to my diagram, but it appears to be located under the rear seat or under the front passenger side seat.

I will do some more checking for you just to be sure. I will post another answer first thing in the morning.

Thanks!

Hello!

Sorry for the delay!

If the vehicle has ABS, it is located behind the left hand rear seat.

If no ABS, it is located Horizontal to the ground inside the truck
