Hi, I’m Chris. Welcome and thanks for asking your question!

Code 0456 means you have a very small EVAP leak. Your fuel makes vapors which can not be released in to the atmosphere. So the car has a system attached to the engine and fuel tank to collect those vapors. It is called the Evaporative Emissions EVAP. The vapors are collected and filtered and routed to the engine to be burnt. There is always some pressure in the system and the computer knows this. When there is a leak the computer also notices this. This concern will not prevent the vehicle from running correct but it does need to be fixed. The bad part is you can not do this at home. You need access to a scan tool to open the EVAP system as well as a smoke machine to fill the system and find the leak. The most common leaks are the fuel pump O-ring and EVAP canister.

Thanks so much for all the useful information you have posted to help me help you
