I have a 2010 Mercury Mountaineer, the hvac is working in the sense that it is getting hot and cold. however the vent system is not working properly. it is only blowing out the defrost vents no matter which setting it is on. Any Ideas?

Thanks for your question. Sorry you're having car problems, I will do my best to apply my research and supply you with an accurate answer ASAP. It's common for the blend doors to stick and cause this. They are located under the dash in the heater box.
