Hello Customer I'm Chris, a current Ford Lincoln Mercury employee.

Thanks for visiting Just Answer. I will do my very best to help you resolve your concerns.

Since the axle carrier bearing is ruled out and the noise is definetly from the RF wheel then you are left with a hub bearing or a tire which has choppy tread from lack of rotations or alignment issues.

The tires are new less than 7,000 miles Bridgestone Potenza Po12 and the brakes were recently changed. Could it be the axle shaft that connects to the carrier bearing?
