Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you with your question.

Check all fuses. Sounds like you have a blown fuse for the cd player.

Also try disconnecting the battery to see if the system will reset.

Expert:  Dan replied 5 months ago.

If the fuse is ok, then I would replace the unit.

Where is the fuse located for the cd changer and witch fuse is it?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Why should I change the unit and there no power in the cd player or in the display
Expert:  Dan replied 5 months ago.

Look in the owners manual under fuses, and they should have a location there.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I don't have the owners manual, can you help me locate the right fuse for the cd player?
Expert:  Dan replied 5 months ago.

I will open this up to others, I am not able to get this info to you at this time.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Then I would have to pay then another $53
Can you ask someone and tell me please
Expert:  Dan replied 5 months ago.

No you do not have to pay again. Someone will be with you shortly.

Go to the auto parts store and buy a test light if you do not already have one. You can probe the back of the fuse through the 2 small holes. You do not remove the fuse Simply back probe the fuse, if you have power on both sides the fuse is ok, if only one side you have a blown fuse. This is a way to quickly check all fuses without removing them if you do not have the fuse location chart.

There are 3 fuse boxes to check, right end of dash, left end of dash and trunk.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I already check the two fuse pannel on the sides and all is good, where is the fuse for the cd player located?
Expert:  Dan replied 5 months ago.

Have you checked the fuses in the trunk?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Don't know where to locate it, please tell me
Expert:  Dan replied 5 months ago.

Its right above the battery in the trunk. You may have to remove the trim panel to access.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
OK I'll check it out and let you know,

Ok thanks
