Do you know what the charging system voltage is?

Does it need a jump if you start it right away after running it?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I tried letting it run for awhile. Then turbo off and immediately back on and it just clicks and blinks the lights.

I see, thanks. Do you know what the static voltage is on the battery?

Also, the charging voltage when it's running?

No

That will be the only way to properly diagnose it although it could be a loose connection at the starter. Also may have to do a voltage drop test as well.
