2007 Mercedes CLK350 Convertible...Cooling fans are not working... I am pulling the following code P0694... When I try to activate fan with scanner I am getting no response... Bad fan??? Please help

The problem you are describing dose sound like you have a bad cooling fan control module which is the most common part to fail as well . That being said I would do some testing to be sure.
