The( passenger side) windshield wiper of my 2004 e320 is not

Customer Question

The( passenger side) windshield wiper of my 2004 e320 is not working. The blades were replaced at the dealership.
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Do you know if there is power to the wiper motor?
Customer: The driver's side is working so wouldn't that mean fuses are okay and there is power.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. Taking the blades off and then placing them back on the arms.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: No.

Please raise the hood so you can see the wiper motor and arms. with the wipers off, see if the nut for the passenger side arm is tight.
