I have a 2004 e55 the front left side air ride shock wong go

I have a 2004 e55 the front left side air ride shock wong go back down. What could be my problem?
JA: How long has this been an issue? How many miles are on the car?
Customer: 106k about a week
JA: What is the model of your '04 Mercedes?
Customer: E55 amg

Ok most common is a failed height sensor does the air compressor work?

I replaced the compressor myself. And no i did not replace any of the hight sensors

Ok if the compressor is good its going to be the height se sensor for the left side shock.This is where you need to focus next .
