Hello, different tech here, can you tell me the whole story?

how/when did the lights go out? is there a warning on the dash?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
my lights wont come on. end of story
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
no indicator on the dash. these are new lamps. i thought maybe the fuse. fuse chart says electronic fuse. nothing shows whick electronic fuse it is?
Expert:  Lou P. master tech replied 5 months ago.

ok it says electric fuse because it is controlled by a control module, there is not a fuse to change or check, the control module will cut power if it notices a open circuit or failed bulb. if you do not have a bulb out indicator on the dash then the control module is most likely failed. what other lights besides the healight beams do not come on?
