Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is***** both front brakes are locked up try loosening the lines at the brake master cylinder and see if the brakes release. If they do it means that your master cylinder is bad. If they don't release try opening the bleeder screws on the front brake calipers. If the brakes release the problem is most likely the front brake hoses. If the brakes do not release the problem is the front brake calipers.
