Hi, my name is***** message means that the battery voltage has dropped to a critical level. If the battery has been load tested and checks okay the problem will usually be a faulty alternator. The alternator is probably charging the battery intermittently. When the mechanic tested the alternator it was probably working but it is more than likely cutting in and out as you drive. The alternator will probably need to be replaced in the near future. The battery cables and alternator connections should also be checked.
