2008 Mercedes CLK350... Car is running hot... I just pulled

2008 Mercedes CLK350...
Car is running hot... I just pulled P1461 code... Once car runs for 30-40 minutes it begins to run hot. Cooling fan is running at high speed, but we are not getting any power at aux water pump. (when we give power to the aux water pump it runs) Already replaced thermostat. Top and bottom radiator hoses are different temp. Brand new radiator. Any ideas?
