2003 MERCEDES E320 RWD SEDAN, The master switch no button

Customer Question

2003 MERCEDES E320 RWD SEDAN,
The master switch no button works, such as any window button or window lock button.
The window switch on the left rear and right rear door don't work aswell. only the passenger front window switch works. seems really odd. what could this be?

HI,

I am sorry that you have not been helped yet. I just came online and saw your question

To make sure I understand correctly, the switches for the front doors work fine but the rear window switches do not work, or do they only work at times?

Did they quit working at the exact same time, or did they fail at different times

I also need the vin number to pull up the wiring schematics

Bought the car like this. No window switch control works on the master switch. The rear window switches on the rear doors dont work either. just the passenger front window switch works?

HI,

Ok, it sounds like that master switch is faulty on the driver door, left rear and right rear door circuits. Give me a few minutes to pull the schematics and verify
