Does the engine turn over at all or nothing?

Have you tried another key, if available?

I have seen starters fail but the only way to test them is with a test light or multimeter at the small starter wire at the starter. If the test light lights up when someone else is trying to crank, then the starter is getting power and will need to be replaced. There is a starter solenoid fuse located in the driver's side front fuse box. Fuse#59 (blue 15 amp) Check to make sure the fuse is not blown. If it is not, you will probably have to get the vehicle towed so the starter can be tested/replaced.
