Hello. If the alternator is overcharging this code can occur. The same code description should be found in other modules as well if this is the case. Use a meter and check the charging voltage. If it is higher than 14.6 then the alternator is bad and needs to be replaced. Hope this information helps. Let me know what you find and we can continue. Lou.

CAR IN IDDLE GOT 13.50 V, 3000 RPM goes up 13.90 V, we can not clear this code even with car off, still in memory,

What kind of scanner are you using can you read actual voltage from the airbag module with the scanner ?
