Customer Question

I have a 2002 CLK 320 Mercedes convertible. The driver's seat back is stuck in the forward position the position it would be in for entry to the rear seat. The motor will move the seat in all directions. It is as if the electronics think the seat back is in the correct position for a driver when in fact it is stuck in the forward position.

Hello. So when you pull the release does it feel like it has resistance or is it kind of floppy ? Is the seat back physically stick forward like touching the steering wheel ?
