Hi, my name is***** won't shift out of 2nd because it's in limp home mode. Most likely you got water into a connector or module. The best thing to do is to let the car sit overnight and see if it dries out. If it stays in limp home mode overnight you will need to scan the transmission control module for codes. There are modules in the right front module box that might have gotten wet. There are also some fuses in that box that need to be checked.
