Customer Question

MY e320 will not shift out of first. It shifts from Park to Reverse to Neutral to Drive but will not get out of first. The transmission electrical control plate has been replaced. The contacts looked fried and the shift solenoid contacts looked fried to but I did not have the right tools to test them. I am thinking about replacing the shift module in the center console.

Hi, can you scan the engine and transmission control module for fault codes?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

I agree that replacing the shifter may be necessary but are you able to post all of the fault codes anyway? I especially need the codes in the transmission control unit. Those codes will be most helpful.
