Hi, you need to get the car connected to a Mercedes scan tool that is able to read and erase the fault codes in the Airmatic system. Erasing the codes will reset the system. If the compressor still shuts off prematurely you will more than likely need to replace the compressor. The mechanic needs to keep the car raised up on the lift so that the car is slightly below the normal ride height when trying to fill the new air springs. If he lowers the car all the way down to the ground it can damage the springs.
