Hi,how are you?Make sure all doors,hood ,and trunk are closed before starting the procedure.
Get in the car and close the door. Turn electronic key in steering lock to position 2. Within 4 seconds press button "0" twice. The present status for days or distance is displayed. Within 10 seconds turn electronic key in steering lock to position 0. Press and hold button "0", while turning electronic key in steering lock to position 2 again. The present status for days or distance is displayed once more. Continue to hold button "0". After approx. 10 seconds a signal sounds, and the display shows 10,000 miles for approx. 10 seconds. Release button "0".

Reset didn't work - 10,000 miles never appeared although when ignition is turned on the wrench and F 0 appears
Reset hasn't worked - have done it at least 10 times over 2 days. 10,000 never displays on panel - only the little oil pitcher. Wrench F9 continues to show on panel. maybe the computer is screwed up
Ok,this is the procedure for reseting the system there is a fault in the system preventing the system from reseting,the vehicle needs to be scanned with a diagnostic scanner to check for faults.
Thanks - the garage where I had oil changed before the most recent change had a problem resetting the indicator in 2011. I have to go for state inspection and will go back to the garage where I had oil changed along with other expensive! work.
