Hello,Difficult starting problems in most cases are caused by air ingress into low-pressure fuel lines through aged o-rings.
these o-rings are located at connectors of the fuel lines. Please have them replaced first of all. There should be no air bubbles in the see-through lines when engine is idling.
regards,Stan
engine wont start to idle and have replaced all o rings on fuel rail and no bubbles in pipes thanks mark
Next step is to check the return flow of the injectors- if one of them is leaking too much into return- engine will not start until 200 bar in the rail are achieved.
checked pressure 270 on and did leak off all good
