1996 Mercedes C220: stalls..tps angle..dtc 32 o2 sensor heater current

Resolved Question:

1996 Mercedes C220 Has a low idle intermidently stalls. Wanting to clean throttle plate air induction system to try to make it idle better - can you adjust throttle plate without effecting the TPS angle - trying to determine if there is an air adjustment. Scanned system, found DTC 32 o2 sensor heater current too low. With past experience this means the o2 sensor is bad.

Hi, the throttle plate is not adjustable on that model. All you can do is service the throttle body to try and improve the idling. If you have power to your O2 sensor heater you most likely have a bad sensor.
