Hi
The fuel pump relay on your car is located behind the battery.
I will attach a picture of the location.
N16/4 in the picture is your fuel pump relay.
There should be two relays back there that look the same. The fuel pump relay will usually say "Kickdown" on it and the a/c relay will usually say "Klima" on it. There is no fuse for the relay.
I went to mercedes dealer yesterday and the only fuel pump relays they shoe stop in 1989 models.
In 1990 the fuel pump relay was incorporated into the MAS relay. It will also be behind the battery but may look different. I'll attach a picture of the MAS relay and the fuel pump relay.
That's your MAS relay. If you have that relay you will not have a separate fuel pump relay.
That's your fuel pump relay. If you have that relay you will not have the MAS relay. It's an either or thing.
Let me know if you need anything else.
