What are the timing marks for a 1991 300e Mercedes benz?

Hi, the crankshaft is set to TDC and the cam is aligned with the mark on the bearing cap. The cam will either have a line or a hole for the reference mark. I'll attach some pictures.

I need more pictures, #22 is not in the engine but #517 is. Now if you look in the front face it has an arrow I need to know where that goes (#22 would be in the middle #517 is on top so the arrow I am referring to would be on the cam gear face...)

Do you happen to have pictures of the front of the face of the gears of the engine?

Instead of the notch on #22 you may have a drilled hole.
