Hello and Welcome to justanswer..
This sounds very much as though the winder winder mechanism has failed - this is not uncommon.. It will be a case of removing the door panel on the affected door ...to inspect and see exactly whats happend. It will be obvious when you get the panel off whats happened... Once the panel is off, operate the switch after reconnecting it - and watch to see whats happening - and then go from there as you go from there...
is there not a specific problem or component failure to this model?

how will it be obvious if a component has failed
Relist: Answer quality.
Hello again... On replying , please dont list the question / reply..as a "relist"...or else there is a high chance I might not ever see it....When you have the door panel off- you will have a clear view of the workings / mechanism... When the mechanism fails - the cable that operates the lifting / lowering of the window tends to have come off its runners - and gets twisted up - and you can see this quite clearly....Given your description of the fault , this does sound to be whats happened as it will cause this - ie, the motor is receiving the signal from the switch - because you can hear it clicking - and that also tends to indicate the motor is working - trying to work - but it cant...because of the winder mechanism failure of one sort or another...The next step now is to remove the door panel whether you or a garage does it to be able then to progress with this now - and then effect repairs with what is found to be the case..I hope that helps you further - Kind Rgds - MIKE..
