How do I remove a stuck cigarette lighter from my 2002 C240? I need the outlet to plug in my GPS.

The whole lighter socket just pulls out. Id grab the lighter with pliers and see if it will come out. If not, you need to get a new socket from Benz and the lighter. Its a real easy job though. See the picture below:
