eurotec :

Hi, on your car the bulb should just rotate counterclockwise to release it. There should be no wire clips holding it in.

eurotec :

Let me know if you have any trouble.

Customer :

I see two wires at the back of this black filament holder (i believe). should I turn it counterclock wise.?

Customer :

how much pressure should I use?? I am afraid of breaking the device

eurotec :

Yes you grasp the black connector and rotate it.

eurotec :

It shouldn't break but it can be a little snug at first.

Customer :

ok I will try it in a few minutes and get back to you!

eurotec :

ok

Customer :

it came off, what is the next step

eurotec :

Just unplug the bulb from the connector and plug in your new bulb. Try to avoid touching the glass bulb.

eurotec :

Then insert it back into the housing and rotate it clockwise to lock it into place.

Customer :

how do you unplug?

eurotec :

Just grasp the metal flange of the bulb and wiggle it out of the plug.

eurotec :

There should be two flat terminals on the bulb.

Customer :

it is sharp

eurotec :

It helps if you use a rag or towel to hold it with.

Customer :
