Recent Mental Health Questions

Our family is certain that my son has had a complete mental breakdown. He has a saga of stories where people are after him and he is being harrassed by them and it is to the point he lost his job, and was living out of his car going across the US to get away from these people. With everything he owns in his car (that is not legal) and no DL he was in jail in Ill...on his way to find a "job" in Chicago. His Brother gave him money to come back to Texas...somehow he ended up in W. Virginia on his way to DC...to take all of his "evidence" to the FBI about these corrupt police harrassing him in Texas...local county deputies. He says..."and they have harmed you too Mom"...but they have not of course. He is in jail in W. Virginia for traffic violations and DUI...but he swears he was just moving from sleeping by the river to a better location and was half asleep. Who knows. We desperately want to get him into a mental care facility, but he is 41 and in Texas has to be a threat to himself or others. Living out of his car, driving all over the us with no license or legal car and possibly drinking and driving...is a danger to self and others. What can the family do to get help for him? He does not believe anything is wrong with him and says "yall don't understand." He is forceful, almost frightening and a highly educated, intelligent young man is being destroyed while we are powerless. What can we do? Mom

I was in a relationship for 3 years that I ended a week ago. I suffer from depression and felt I needed to be alone for a while to deal with my issues and not have the stress of having to meet someone else' needs as well. I am going to therapy and taking
antidepressants and just need to focus on me for a while. My boyfriend has been unbelievable supportive for the last 3 yrs and was very hurt by the breakup. It is sad for me as well, just a few says short of our anniversary, memorial day weekend and to top
that off - he is going in for a procedure next week. It is not life threatening and we anticipate a good outcome. I emailed him and said I would be there - whenever and whatever he needed for me to do. He said he was going to take a taxi to the hospital and
may have a friend pick him up, but most likely take a taxi home as well. I told him I wanted to take him there, wait and take him home to make sure he is okay and be there to offer my support. I told him I was not doing this out of any sense of obligation
but that it would make me sad if he needed comfort and I was not there for him. I asked him if I can call him later to discuss and he said it would be. I left a message and sent him a text and still no reply. I know he received both. We just broke up last
week. He needs me to take care of him when he gets home, whether it is for a few hours or days. I know he loves me, so why is he refusing my offer of help?

I was givin depo Medrol 80mg injection on may 2nd 2013 for sinus the next day I started having severe anxiety up day and night pacing the floors didn't sleep 15 days went to the doctor she put me on klonopin I have sleep a little since then I think the klonopin is making me alittle more depressed my insides feel very shaky all the time please help I was just fine before the shot Iam very scared that I won't get back to my self I only take allergy medication never one to take medication Ifeel lost please help me understand whats going on and how much longer this will last
