These can be early signs of anger illness. It is great that you have picked it up in early phases. I would suggest you to visit a psychiatrist as you need anger management ,behavioral cognitive therapy and you might need medications to help fight your aggressive behaviour. It is an easily treatable condition if you seek help as soon as possible. Regular exercise, yoga and relaxation techniques can be of great help. Take chamomile tea at bed time.
