You can do one of two things.....connect with a local psychiatrist who can do a full evaluation and prescribe psychotropic medication. Or, connect with a psychotherapist who can speak to your doctor directly, explaining you are in therapy and see if he/she will prescribe.
I am so sorry you are struggling and imagine everything feels a bit overwhelming right now. Thankfully there are some really amazing techniques and tools for managing anxiety. It would be incredibly helpful for you to learn these as a way of navigating your anxiety. A therapist can be incredibly helpful with this.
I would also recommend examining your diet and avoiding highly processed foods and caffeine. I would also recommend finding a way to incorporate some exercise into your life as well (if you aren't physically active currently). These will, of course, assist as well.
