Hello, thank you for waiting for a response to your question. My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed psychotherapist in private practice in New York State. It sounds like you are struggling with depression, which can absolutely manifest as anger, irritability, crying, negative thinking, physical symptoms, fatigue, restlessness and more. I would like to share a web site with you that will allow you to ask numerous questions of yourself that may lead to an understanding of your moods and thoughts. If in fact you do assess that you are dealing with depression, the good news is that it is very treatable by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and an SSRI medication. I hope this attachment and this information is helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Sincerely, ***** ***** LMSW, CASAC
