Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer. The reason why Psychopathy, Antisocial Personality Disorder, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder are not included is because individuals who meet the criteria for these disorders are able to know right from wrong and choose to not have long-term employment. Psychopathy does not meet the criteria for other mental health disorders as it does not cause a person distress and instead they are in full control of their actions/behaviors. Mental Health Disorders that are included in government assistance cause symptoms that the individual is not in control of (e.g. depression, anxiety, anger, mania, etc...), but with psychopathy the individual knows that what he/she is doing is wrong, but continues to do it anyway. Just because a person meets the criteria for Psychopathy, does not mean the person is considered "mentally ill" and requires government assistance.
