Customer Question

Consulted with Dr. Z earlier about insomnia brought on by severe anxiety. My panic attacks are getting unbearable as the night goes on. I have not slept. What should I do?

Hello again. Well like I said you most likely need a prescription medication like a benzodiazepine to help stop the panic attacks and provide you with sleep. You can consider going to the ER or waiting till morning to contact your doctor. There is unfortunately not much else you can do until you get the right medication to help you.
