Hello and thank you for your question. If your daughter is an adult, as you state her age is 28 years old, and is not having any ideations of harming herself or others, than the only thing you can do is try to talk to her to get her to see a psychiatrist. Your daughter has to volunteer for treatment it cannot be forced upon her given the behavior you described. Just like if you had a heart problem and needed to see a cardiologist, no one can force you to go as you must be willing to go on your own free will...the same applies with your daughter and her mental health. Overall you can make the appointment with a psychiatrist and tell your daughter that no matter what you will support her, but in the end she is the one who must make the choice to go to treatment.
I hope this answers your question and gives you some guidance on this issue. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns as I am happy to assist and support you regarding this issue.
