There are many disorders where a person may get abnormal thoughts. Also a person may occasionally get abnormal thoughts. Hence to know why you have these thoughts I would recommend that you consult a psychiatrist. He/she will take a detailed history about your thoughts, moods, and actions, and after that will recommend appropriate treatment which may be medications or therapy.
These intrusive thoughts and your reaction to them leads to anxiety and stress. These thoughts are not the reality, and all of us sometimes get crazy and disgusting thoughts which cannot be suppressed. But in normal person these thoughts are occasional and if you are preoccupied by these thoughts then a type of therapy known as cognitive behavioral therapy may help you overcome these thoughts. You may consult a cognitive behavioral therapist.
