Have NOT slept almost about 3 years. Been diagnosed with PTS disorder and a large scaled depression. My thougts wander of when i lie in bed at Night and i start worrieng that i Will be left alone. Without anyone. All kinds worst case scenarios starts running in my mind. Cant shut Them Down. Tried sleeping medication without any luck. I have also recently been diagnozed with ADD wich i have selfmedicated with alcohol and cannabis during The last 15 years. Daily. Is there any methods i Can Apply. Scientific of course
