and I thought smoking more mirrijuana would help me but did not really do an effect
Its just consist thoughts through my head
Okay, so what you are describing is a mix of low self-esteem, depressive symptoms, and anxiety. Anxiety and Depression actually commonly co-occur with each other around 65 percent of the time. But the good news is that these are very treatable and you can be cured of this.
The best course of treatment is called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and it is the most evidence based treatment to effectively "cure" your depressive and anxiety symptoms. CBT has a premise that your symptoms are caused by negative thoughts, so if we change your thought process to be more positive and objective as well, then your symptoms will lessen.
I would like to recommend some good techniques, natural supplements, and if you feel comfortable possible medications that can help as well
So this link may help you, it contains a technique I use with patients called a thought record. It will help you keep track of any negative thoughts you have. You put the negative thought on paper, the emotion accompanying, the evidence to support it, and the evidence against it. Then I want you to come up with an alternative thought for the situation (more objective and plausible). This will help you change your way of thinking to be able to think more positive and not automatically go to a negative type of thinking.
In addition, these two worksheets are very good at helping lessen anxiety and depressive symptoms. It can help you focus on the big picture and the objective/positive thoughts and outcomes.
Also individuals with severe anxiety and depression have a poor coping mechanism, so this worksheet will help you develop a better coping strategy to manage your symptoms better.
Individuals with a depressive disorder also may have low self-confidence, so this technique will help you replace any self-critical thoughts that you may have with more positive self-beliefs.
This is a link for something called Progressive Muscle Relaxation that can help you create a long term calm by using muscle tension and release techniques; it can help manage your anxiety and depression and is very similar to a style of meditation.
Also these books can be very helpful as well
Now for natural supplements I would recommend the use of St. Johns Wort, Omega-3, Glutamate, and KAVA as these can help lessen your anxiety and depressive symptoms.
If you want something stronger I would recommend the the use of an SSRI antidepressant, I would recommend Lexapro at 10-20mg or Zoloft at 150-200mg, in combination with the use of benzodiazepine (e.g Ativan, Xanax, and Klonopin) are effective in managing both depression and anxiety. The benzodiazepines are usually effective within hours of use at calming you down and the SSRI antidepressant starts to be effective in 2-3 weeks of use and its maximum benefits are seen in 6-8 weeks.
The benzodiazepines should only be used as needed as they can be very physically adjudicating, so it is good to only use them when you are feeling very anxious or when you are stuttering a lot (stuttering is a sign of anxiety).
So I just gave you a lot of information there, do you have any questions or concerns?
I think you provided me more than expected thank you so much
