Dear Sir

I believe that I have ADHD although I haven’t diagnosed it yet. I believe that ADHD is interfering with my reading. I read something and I have the impression that I haven’t read at all or I can’t tell if I have retained the knowledge. Sometimes I spend a lot of time and effort in trying to learn. When I discover that I haven’t retained anything my moral falls. Sometimes I am able to remember some things here and there. I am searching for a way to “put” knowledge in my brain and retain it. Is there a study method for people with ADHD ? Maybe a book, a site or other study method (skills) I can buy ? I have finished school but I am tempted to redo home school because I believe I can’t remember it well. I also want to “store” various books with knowledge of interest to me. I am planning on studying on my own but maybe go to college later. I have tried a brain training program named lumosity which helped me tremendously but I still have a problem. I am Waiting for you answer. Thank you.
