I am not sure I understand what type of therapy you are looking for. It does help to know that in your search for an on line therapist. But if you are not sure, you could describe it to me and I'll try to help.
Then you may want to try the CBT just to see if the technique works for you. If not, you can search for another therapist. Or if you don't want to do that, you can try another on line therapy site and see if they will work with you on what type of therapy will work. Many times it is a matter of trial and error to find out what you feel works for you.
I'm not as familiar with the EFT's effect on OCD since it is not a therapy I use. What is best for OCD is CBT, exposure to the anxiety/feared situation and group therapy.
